Feature & Follow #7: Recurring Dreams

Hi folks!
Happy Friday!

Feature and Follow Friday is a weekly meme hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. It is where we, book bloggers, can meet new people and gain followers as well!

This week's question is suggested by Second Run Reviews.
Have you ever had a reoccurring dream? What was it?
Interesting question. Actually, I have two recurring dreams when I was younger. First dream was me flying. Oftentimes I flew high. Sometimes I flew really low.
The second was a chasing one. I dreamed of being chased by I-don't-know-who or -what. In these dreams, I just ran fast and sometimes I flew into familiar and unfamiliar places. Despite being chased, I don't remember being afraid. It felt nice actually running and flying.
I still do not know what these dreams meant. So if you know, tell me. :)

That's all folks!
Do you have a recurring dream?

  1. That dreams sound quite nice! I don't think I've ever dreamed about flying before. I know my mother used to have a recurring dream about flying. She loved to fly but she knew, in the dream, that if anyone ever saw her fly she'd lose the power. One night she dreamed of flying again but was witnessed, in the dream. She never dreamed of flying again!

  2. Oh, wow! You reminded me that I used to have chasing dreams, too! I don't know who the heck I was running from, but they were super scary!

    1. Not entirely sure who/what is chasing me. Most of the times it wasn't scary at all, but sometimes I felt panicky.

  7. So glad I'm not the only one who had (relatively) pleasant recurring dreams! I'd love to fly in my dreams and I do get how really flying or running fast would be a lot of fun! I'm an old GFC follower! Thanks for sharing :) I hope you have a great week!

  9. I've had both of those before! Flying and being chased. I liked the flying one, but not being chased. LOL! New follower!

  10. Flying and chased without any fears -- that's a nice combination really. The no fear part. Usually when I'm being chased in dreams it is terrifying so I'm really glad for you that your dream has no fear.

  13. I don't really have any recurring dreams I can recall off the top of my head. I think I probably have flown once or twice in a dream or two, but I can't pinpoint anything specific. I've always loved the idea of flying without anything. To be clear, just floating myself without wings or on a plane, so I could travel anywhere and anywhere. I imagine that would be fun as well.

  14. I've seen a few bloggers that say they've had dreams where they fly. I don't think I've ever had that type of dream before, if I have I just can't remember them. New follower via GFC. Here's my FF post.

  17. I can never remember my dreams, I only know the emotions it left behind. Such as fear or happiness but other than that I'm at a loss.
